Reminder to the client before the massage

RECOMMENDED

  • do not eat 1 hour before the session;
  • do not drink alcohol 12 hours before the session;
  • do not consume energy drinks before the session;
  • do not visit the solarium and laser hair removal before and after an intensive massage;
  • do not shave body parts, and do not injure the skin before and after the massage;
  • take a shower on the day of the massage, ideally before and after the session;
  • if necessary, use the restroom before the session.

NECESSARILY

  • warn the specialist about all possible allergic reactions, surgical interventions and peculiarities of your body.

If you are with us for the first time - we suggest you conduct an allergy test on the base oil we use for massages. For this, please come 15 minutes earlier and inform the administrator.
